You are able to cancel any orders made as long as they have not been processed or dispatched.

We do not accept any refunds or exchanges unless a specific error occurs on behalf of Fenicotextiles, in which case a full refund will be due to the customer as long as the goods purchased are received in perfect condition, within 14 days of the purchase date.

All delivery charges will be deducted and on the expense of the buyer.
